Before becoming licensed, Dylan spent several years on the administrative side of ACACIA Insurance Services, gaining hands-on experience in case design, insurance illustrations, underwriting coordination, application processing, policy service, and client support. This foundation provided her with a comprehensive understanding of the long-term care insurance process from start to finish.
While earning her degree from Indiana University Bloomington, Dylan completed her insurance licensing and continued to develop her expertise within the industry. Today, she is licensed in multiple states and works alongside her father, Craig Matesky, President and CEO of ACACIA Insurance Services.
